A partnership between Boston-based Camber Development and Wheelock Street Capital is the new owner of an Amazon Robotics-leased R&D facility in North Reading.

The 228,921-square-foot industrial facility at 300 Riverpark Drive traded for $82.55 million, or over $360 per square foot.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Dave Pergola, Brian Doherty and Pete Rogers represented the sellers.

Set on over 20 acres, the master-planned Riverpark Drive campus includes seven buildings. The property last sold for $45.1 million 2017 to a partnership of Lincoln Property Co., Ibdar Bank and Ritz Banc Group. That transaction was structured to be compliant under Sharia law and its prohibition on interest payments, to meet the investment criteria of  Bahrain-based Ibdar Bank.

Amazon acquired the North Reading-based robotics manufacturer Kiva Systems, which was located at the property, in 2012.
