The next wave of arrivals at Arsenal Yards includes health care and service-oriented tenants ranging from a 365-day vet to a body scanning clinic.

Boylston Properties and Wilder, developers of the Watertown mixed-use development at the former Arsenal Mall, are preparing for 11 new tenant openings this year.

Bond Vet recently opened its fifth Boston-area Urgent Care for Pets clinic, operating 365 days a year and offering same-day and walk-in appointments.

MRI-scanning specialist Prenuvo is scheduled to open its ninth North American location this spring at 12 Arsenal Yards Blvd. Other new service, fitness and health care tenants will include Arsenal Modern Dentistry, GNC, and KinderCare, beauty and wellness venues James Joseph Salon, Restore Hyper Wellness, Prenuvo, and Skin Laundry, fitness studio F45 Training, Rumble, and [solidcore].

Chef Jason Santos is scheduled to open his second restaurant at the property this spring, Southern fast-casual concept Butterbird, augmenting his existing Buttermilk & Bourbon restaurant.

Additional new food vendors include Ten One Tea House and cookie vendor Chip City, which is expanding into Greater Boston after its founding in New York City in 2017.
