Another Cambridge life science company is adding research space in East Watertown’s Arsenal Street industry cluster.

Curie Therapeutics signed a 10-year lease for nearly 40,000 square feet at 100 Forge Road, a 165,000-square-foot life science tower nearing completion as part of the Arsenal Mall property redevelopment.

The building now is 100 percent leased to Curie and four other venture capital-backed tenants: Abata Therapeutics, Remix Therapeutics, Vigil Neuroscience and Affini-T Therapeutics. Cushman & Wakefield represents developers Boylston Properties and J.P. Morgan in leasing.

Developers previously secured leases with SQZ Biotechnologies, Arkuda Therapeutics and Kymera Therapeutics at 200 Arsenal Yards Boulevard and Orna Therapeutics at the 120,000-square-foot 500 Forge building.

Asking lab rents in East Watertown exceed $100 per square foot, according to CBRE research.
