Atherton Joins Posternak, Blankstein & Lund

Brian Atherton has joined Posternak Blankstein & Lund LLP as an associate in the real estate department.

In this role, he will represent lenders in legal transactions ranging from acquisitions and financing of commercial properties to the sale of performing and non-performing loans.

Atherton is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and California; Massachusetts and New Hampshire Federal District Courts; Massachusetts and New Hampshire Bankruptcy Courts; and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. A resident of Brookline, Atherton earned a bachelor’s degree with honors from Tufts University and graduated from Boston College Law School.
