O’Connor Capital Partners of New York has sold its 428-unit Atmark luxury apartment complex at 80 Fawcett St. in Cambridge to AEW Capital Management of Boston for $207.7 million.

The sales price is equivalent to $485,000 per unit.

The final phase of the 589,428-square-foot complex was completed in September, with rents ranging from $2,177 for studios to $3,093 for two-bedroom units.

Marketed as the most pet-friendly rental community in Greater Boston, the complex contains a dog park and pet-washing station. Other amenities include a sky lounge, outdoor swimming pool and bocce court. Units have 10-foot ceilings, six-foot windows and hardwood floors.
