A power center situated next to a highway interchange in Attleboro has traded hands for $12.55 million premium on what the seller paid in 2019.

Wilder Cos. sold Bristol Place to Needham-based real estate firm RK Centers for $70.55 million, according to a deed filed in the North Bristol Registry. Wilder had bought the property for $58 million in 2019.

The 45.5-acre power center has over 415,000 square feet of retail space and counts Market Basket, Home Depot, TJ Maxx, Burlington, Hobby Lobby, Edge Fitness and Bob’s Discount Furniture stores as major tenants. It is located at the interchange of I-95 and Route 1A, about 8 miles north of Providence, Rhode Island.

According to RK Centers’ announcement of the deal, the center was 96 percent leased at time of sale.

CBRE’s Nat Heald served as the exclusive broker representing the seller, RK Centers said.
