Auburn Office Building Gets Million-Dollar Refi

Fantini & Gorga has arranged a $1.125 million loan to refinance a multitenant office property in Auburn.

The masonry building contains 14,944 square feet of rentable space and sits on 1.45 acres at 7 Midstate Road.

The property is part of the six-building Mid State Office Park.

“The property is located in an ideal location but posed a challenge with a recent vacancy,” Derek Coulombe of Fantini & Gorga in a statement. “We were pleased to attain two years of interest only financing at a low rate to allow for lease-up of the vacancy.”

Coulombe brokered the deal along with with Chris Miller, also of Fantini & Gorga.
