Avid, a digital audio and video production provider, has leased 203,000 square feet at Northwest Park in Burlington, making it this year’s largest lease transaction in suburban Boston, according to a statement.

Avid is moving from Tewksbury to create its new worldwide corporate headquarters in Burlington. The company signed a 10-year lease, according to a statement.

Avid is slated to move into three buildings – two within the Network Drive campus and one in the adjacent Northwest Park in June. Avid will occupy 75 Network Drive and 10 North Ave., and the first and second floors of 65 Network Drive.

Brian Hines, partner and Michael Dalton, partner at FHO Partners represented Avid. Jones Lang LaSalle Managing Director Tamie Thompson, Executive Vice President Dan Cordeau, and Assistant Vice President Dan Kollar represented Nordblom.
