Babe Ruth HouseThe 5,124-square-foot Sudbury house that Babe Ruth called home from 1922 to 1926 is being marketed for sale for $1.65 million.

The 2-acre property on Dutton Road, known as "Home Plate Farm," has a 5,000-square-foot barn with horse stables, sub-divided office space and garage bays and storage. The barn is zoned for residential and commercial use, which is very unique for Sudbury, according to a press release.

Scott Adamson, a sales associate in the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Sudbury, was selected to sell "Home Plate Farm" through the company’s luxury division, Coldwell Banker Previews International.
