Brandon Beatty of the Boston office of Tremont Realty Capital has been appointed to the board of the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Boston District Council.

Beatty’s appointment was the result of his commitment to ULI and his active involvement within the organization, his company said. 

Beatty is also chair of the membership committee, and was an active member of the urban marketplace committee which just held its inaugural Boston conference in May.

The ULI is a national organization, which brings people from all disciplines in the real estate field together to study and interpret real estate trends.

Beatty has been an analyst with Tremont Realty Capital LLC for the past three and a half years. Tremont is a national real estate investment and advisory firm, which makes direct debt and equity investments and provides institutional advisory services.
