A 45,000-square-foot office and warehouse in Bellingham has sold for $3.2 million.
Premier Equipment Inc. of Natick bought the building at 47 S. Maple St. The company plans to use the building, which sits on 9.6 acres, for its growing construction equipment sales and leasing business, according to a statement.
The site was previously occupied by Bevilaqua Paving before the company sold the business to Riley Bros. The building is designed to subdivide in 5,000-square-foot units with both drive-in and tailboard loading.
John Eysenbach of R.W. Holmes Realty Co. Inc. was the sole broker in the transaction.
