Tellier Properties has acquired a pair of multi-tenant office buildings in Belmont Center for $8.9 million.

Manzelli Properties sold the properties at 375 and 385 Concord Ave., which consist of  58,710 square feet of office space with 185 parking spaces and 72,213 square feet of land.

The Manzelli Family had owned the buildings for more than five decades. The Tellier Family has been part of the Belmont community since the early 1900s, and the family is “extremely happy” to add them the buildings to its Belmont portfolio, according to a press release.

Steve McKenna and Erika Pereira of Bowes Real Estate brokered the sale.
