Benchmark Senior Living has opened an 87,000-square-foot expansion on the campus of The Commons In Lincoln.

The newly expanded campus features skilled nursing assisted living, memory care and inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services.

The $34 million development will receive 35 percent of its electricity via renewable sources. Amenities include wireless Internet, onsite physical therapy suite and clinical examination rooms. The campus wellness center will be staffed by CareGroup Parmenter Home Care & Hospice, Inc.

Waltham-based Benchmark Senior Living currently operates 51 senior living communities in the Northeast.
