BJ’s Wholesale Club Headquarters Sold For $26.7M

National Development and Charles River Realty Investors LLC of Newton have sold the BJ’s Wholesale Club headquarters at 25 Research Drive in Westborough for $26.7 million.

The discount club has a lease on the entire 282,028-square-foot building that runs through 2026. The buyer was listed as AGNL Wholesale LLC.

National Development acquired the property in June 2011 for $18 million. The property has since been subdivided with more than 30 acres available for future development.

Avison Young represented National Development and Charles River Realty Investors in the transaction.
