Everett-based construction firm, Bond Brothers has hired Greg Williamson and Chris Fogg to work in the firm’s building division.
Williamson and Fogg will head the utilization of Building Information Modeling (BIM) at Bond Brothers. The firm, under the leadership of these two specialists, has implemented the use of BIM technology to manage various aspects of client construction ventures.
Williamson, a certified professional estimator and LEED Accredited Professional, joins Bond Brothers as director of estimating and purchasing. Williamson brings more than 30 years of industry experience having most recently worked as director of preconstruction services at Walsh Brothers in Boston. A North Andover resident, Williamson received his bachelor’s of science in civil engineering from Cornell

For more than 12 years, Williamson has been an adjunct professor at Northeastern University in the professional studies program teaching classes in estimating, facilities management, contracts, and effective cost control.
Fogg, of Westford, received a bachelor’s of science in construction management technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston. Formally of Perini Building Co., Fogg has more than seven years of experience in the construction industry, including construction management of the largest hotel and convention center in the Eastern seaboard.
"BIM is a multi-dimensional tool," said Bond Vice President David Shrestinian. "Bond has utilized BIM technology for mechanical and structural coordination purposes, and are now collaborating with designers and subcontractors to create BIM models for cost estimating, schedule simulation and logistical ‘what if’ scenarios."
