A Guest Street property that’s home to the Boston Bruins practice facility and a group of office and lab tenants has obtained $111.5 million in mortgage financing at the Boston Landing development in Brighton.

MetLife Investment Management provided the fixed-rate first mortgage financing in a deal arranged by HFF.

NB Development Group, the real estate arm of New Balance, completed the Elkus Manfredi-designed complex at 80 Guest St. in September 2016. The 8-story building contains 246,000 square feet of office and lab space, along with the Bruins’ 55,000-square-foot Warrior Ice Arena facility and 15,000 square feet of retail.

Roche Diagnostics Operations, Proteostasis Therapeutics and Bose occupy the office and lab space.

HFF’s Riaz Cassum, Sam Campbell and Henry Schaffer arranged the debt placement.
