Boston Landing Parking Garage Sells for $18.3M

The parking garage built as part of the Boston Landing development in Allston has sold for $18.3 million according to a condominium unit deed filed in the Suffolk Registry of Deeds.

The garage at 15 Guest St. was bought by Burlington-based commercial real estate firm R.J. Kelly from NB Development, the real estate firm set up by shoe maker New Balance to build Boston Landing.

The 1,500-spot facility serves most of the major buildings in the Boston Landing development and also contains significant retail space, including a Newbury Comics store and a fitness club.
