Boston-based REIT Berkshire Income Realty Inc. will pay a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.5625 on each share of its 9 percent Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock.
The dividend will be paid May 15 to shareholders of record on May 8.
The company owns interests in 26 multifamily apartment communities nationwide.
