In addition to issuing approvals last week for Samuels & Assoc.’s potentially transformative parcel 12 project at the end of Newbury Street and separate theater and hotel projects for the Fenway, the Boston Planning & Development Agency’s board approved four new multifamily projects in four different neighborhoods across the city.
In total, the projects will add 176 units to the city’s housing supply, 83 condominiums and 93 apartments. Of the for-sale units, 10 will be income-restricted; of the rental units, 15 will be income-restricted.
The projects are:
- 3 Aspinwall Road, Dorchester: 34 ownershp units (4 income-restricted) in 34,200 square feet by Shanti Acquisition LLC.
- 267 Old Colony Ave., South Boston: 55 rental units (9 income-restricted) in 74,570 square feet by Oranmore Enterprises.
- 43 Lochdale Road, Roslindale: 38 rental units (6 income-restricted) in 28,775 square feet from developer Owen Kiernan.
- 50 Leo Birmingham Pkwy, Brighton: 49 ownership units (6 income-restricted) in 48,645 square feet from City Realty Group.
