The Boston Planning & Development Agency board approved three projects at their Oct. 17 meeting in addition to the 310-foot Motor Mart garage tower: a lab building in Roxbury for Northeastern University, a Mattapan apartment building and a West Roxbury apartment and townhouse development.

Size: 8 floors, 315,000 square feet
Lot area: 151,853 square feet
Program: 200,000 square feet of laboratories plus classrooms, a faculty club and a makerspace hub

Size: 3-4 stories, 96,105 square feet
Lot area: 62,451 square feet
Program: 18 three-bedroom townhouses, 70-unit apartment building and one parking space per unit. Two townhomes and nine apartments will be income-restricted.
