The Boston Planning & Development Agency Board of Directors gave the nod to the latest commercial project bound for the city’s Seaport District Thursday night, along with five multifamily project scattered throughout the city.

Location: 401 Congress St., Seaport District
Size: 518,500 square feet of office/lab space over 17 stories, plus 50,000 square feet of outdoor public space and ground-floor public events space
