The Boston Planning & Development Agency Board of Directors gave the nod to the latest commercial project bound for the city’s Seaport District Thursday night, along with five multifamily project scattered throughout the city.

Project: 401 Congress St.
Location: 401 Congress St., Seaport District
Size: 518,500 square feet of office/lab space over 17 stories, plus 50,000 square feet of outdoor public space and ground-floor public events space

Project: 249 Corey Road
Location: 249 Corey Road, Brighton
Size: 34 apartments over 36,456 square feet and 4 stories, including 33 vehicle and 33 bicycle parking spaces

Project: 25 New England Ave.
Location: 25 New England Ave., Dorchester
Size: 23 affordable apartments, 5 of which will be available for formerly homeless tenants, over 26,518 square feet and 4 stories
