The “Zen-like” Brookline estate of Patriots quarterback Tom Brady and model Gisele Bundchen could be available to a buyer willing to shell out $40 million.
According to Realtor.com, the 5.3-acre property is offered for $39.5 million, via Beth Dickerson of Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty in Back Bay.
The Realtor.com listing describes a “Zen-like experience” located just 5 miles from Back Bay, equipped with a circular driveway for up to 20 vehicles, wine room and organic herb garden. There’s also a 2,400-square-foot guest house. The property is adjacent to the The Country Club of Brookline.
The property taxes for 112 Woodland Road are $151,222 in 2019, according to Brookline assessors records.
The New York Post reported July 31 that Brady and Bundchen, who own a residence in Tribeca, have been househunting in Greenwich, Connecticut and Alpine, New Jersey this summer.
Brady bought a condo in Quincy’s Marina Bay early in his Patriots career before selling it and buying a condo on Beacon Street in Back Bay. He sold that residence in 2012 for $9.2 million.
