A 31-unit apartment and retail building across from the MBTA’s Broadway station in South Boston has sold for $25 million to Braintree-based John M. Corcoran & Co.

Evergreen Property Group of Boston completed construction of the 38,242-square-foot building at 22-26 West Broadway in 2016. The ground-floor retail space is occupied by Worden Hall.

Designed by Boston-based architects Utile Inc., the property contains a mix of one- and two-bedroom and penthouse units with wide-plank hardwood floors.

HFF’s Adam Dunn and Christopher Phaneuf represented seller Cincotta Cos. of Boston and procured the buyer in this transaction.
