A medical device company is leasing 100,000 square feet at 400 Wood Road in Braintree, the redevelopment of the former Haemonetics Corp. headquarters.

Integra LifeSciences will manufacture surgical reconstruction devices and create 150 jobs at its new location.

Hilco Redevelopment Partners bought the 156,000-square-foot property for $15.5 million in 2019, after Haemonetics relocated to downtown Boston. The Illinois developer received a tax increment financing agreement from Braintree officials for the property updates.

Integra will occupy the new facility by late 2025, Hilco announced. Cushman & Wakefield is the leasing agent for ownership.

Princeton, New Jersey-based Integra recently reported first-year revenues of $376.6 million, up 4.6 percent from the previous year.
