1878 Beacon St.Coldwell Banker Commercial recently brokered the sale of two fully leased residential multifamily income properties for more than $3 million.

1878 Beacon Trust purchased 1878 Beacon St. in Brookline for $1.75 million. The building has approximately 5,000 square feet of furnished space on five levels and consists of a mix of one- and two-bedrooms units. Each unit has access to off-street parking for two cars. Updates were recently made to the heating system and windows. The seller was a private owner. Carleton Ashley of The Carlin Co. and Coldwell Banker Commercial’s Todd Glaskin facilitated the transaction.

A three-unit property in Wellesley at 34 Weston St. sold to Judson LLC for $1.4 million. It consists of a two-, three- and four-bedroom unit and is more than 4,000 square feet. The kitchen, bathrooms and building systems were recently renovated. Seller 34 Weston Road LLC was represented by Adam Umina of Metro Realty Corp. Glaskin represented the buyer.
