Paul A. Bruno has been named small business underwriting manager at TD Bank’s Small Business Credit Center in Burlington.

He will manage a team of 11 small business underwriters while implementing and maintaining policies and procedures to support TD Bank’s small business lending efforts.

Bruno, of Woburn, has 11 years of banking and lending experience. Prior to joining TD Bank, he served as a portfolio manager at Citizens Bank in Norwood and a senior credit underwriter at Sovereign Bank in Woburn.

Bruno is a member of the Greater Lowell Baseball Umpires Association (GLBUA) and the Massachusetts Baseball Umpires Association (MBUA).
