Bulfinch Crossing Residential Tower Tops Off

Presales and leasing for 368 apartments and 55 condos will begin in January at Bulfinch Crossing’s 46-story residential tower.

More than 400 building trades members participated in a topping-off ceremony Thursday at the 4.8-acre Government Center Garage property redevelopment, as crews completed the 480-foot-tall residential tower’s final concrete pour.

Completion is scheduled for spring 2020.

Boston-based HYM Investment Group and National Real Estate Advisors are partnering on the project with financing from lender Pacific Life Insurance.

In June, HYM broke ground on a 1 million-square-foot office tower at Bulfinch Crossing that will include State Street Corp.’s future 510,000-square-foot headquarters.
