Electronic repair specialist uBreakiFix, Modern Acupuncture and Japanese barbecue concept Gyu-Kaku are joining the list of tenants at The Village at Burlington Mall, the redevelopment of the former Sears Auto building.

Gyu-Kaku specializes in yakiniku-style barbecue, in which diners grill meats over a charcoal grills installed at each table. The retailers will open this fall, owner Simon Property Group said.

“This next wave of retail, dining and personal services coming to The Village at Burlington Mall really reinforces our position as the premier shopping destination north of Boston. We are thrilled to elevate our guests experience by enhancing our offerings as well as the new additions and aesthetic elements throughout The Village which will make each visit even more enjoyable,”  Justin Feldhouse, general manager of the Burlington Mall, said in a statement.

The Mall Road entrance to the property will reopen following new landscaping and sidewalk installation, Simon Property Group said.
