Newbury Court, a Concord residential community for singles and couples over the age of 62, will donate $10,000 to a charity for each new resident who moves in this summer.

Prospective residents, who place a deposit by June 30 on one of Newbury Court’s newest suites and close within 30 days, will have $10,000 donated in their name to their favorite charity.
