Rockland-based Integrated Builders has completed an 11,000-square-foot build-out of 417 South St. in Marlborough on behalf of BWT Pharma & Biotech.
BWT Pharma & Biotech is relocating from Leominster to the property, which is owned and operated by Hudson-based Calare Properties. The project included construction management and engineering services for a new electrical layout, HVAC, drainage and water supply systems.
Integrated Builders has completed multiple projects at the property, including the original base building construction, and development of fire suppression and explosion-proof space for Hoerbiger American Holding Inc.
Integrated Builders’ familiarity with the property enabled it to deliver the completed space to BWT in two months, President Jay Dacey said in a statement.
The property contains 145,600 square feet of flex/R&D/industrial space and 500 parking spaces.
