Hudson-based Calare Properties has acquired a pair of flex properties in Marlborough for $14.1 million from Wheelock Street Capital and Novaya Real Estate Ventures.

Totaling 134,404 square feet, the properties are located at 261 Cedar Hill and 753 Forest St.

Colliers International’s Doug Jacoby and Scott Dragos represented the sellers. Colliers has been awarded the leasing assignment for both properties.

Wheelock and Novaya had acquired both properties in March as part of a 14-asset portfolio.
