Cambridge’s first combined restaurant, bar and food market has opened in Kendall Square.
Boston-based RODE Architects has completed the design of the newly opened Commonwealth at 250 Kendall St. Commonwealth features a 5,200-square-foot restaurant and bar, 1,300-square-foot marketplace, private dining room and outdoor patio.
The restaurant is owned by former Fenway Park executive chef Steve "Nookie" Postal and located on the ground floor of Watermark II, a high-rise apartment complex.
RODE worked with Boston-based general contractor, Cafco Construction, on the project.
