10 Oceana DriveRockland-based Integrated Builders has begun work on a $1.5 million renovation of 10 Oceana Drive in Canton.

The 40,000-square-foot office building is owned by Equity Industrial Partners. The first tenant, The Pulse Network, has leased 10,000 square feet. The Pulse Network provides a cloud-based platform for marketing and event registration.

Maugal Architects Jonathan Crocker and Sarah Cormier will be working on the design of the space, which will also include renovations for current tenant fit-up.

The renovations will include new windows and entrances to the facility, along with new bathroom cores and elevators. New HVAC systems will be installed throughout the facility.

The 10 Oceana Drive project is being marketed for its proximity to the new University Station development in Westwood.
