The Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank announced several changes to its Nantucket staff.

Duncan Macallister has rejoined the bank’s Nantucket team as branch manager at Cape Cod Five’s Pleasant Street and Zero Main Street branch. Macallister has 20 years of experience in the banking industry and has worked for Cape Cod Five since 2005. Most recently, he was vice president and director of branch operations.

Lauren Ard will join the bank’s mortgage residential mortgage team. Ard has worked as manager of the Pleasant Street branch for the past four years.

Magdalena Padzick, who has been managing the Main Street branch, was appointed to the role of regional relationship manager. In her new role, Padzick will be responsible for developing new banking relationships and expanding existing ones while providing support for cash management and online banking services.
