In its fourth year of business, Capital Residential & Commercial Real Estate has expanded and relocated to Norwell.

The company’s new office will be at 429 Washington St. Founder and Realtor George Jamieson said the company is moving from Hingham to "accommodate the growing firm and its expanding real estate brokerage and advisory services."

"We look forward to building new relationships and expanding our client-focused real estate services for home buyers and sellers, builders, investors and business property owners throughout the South Shore," said Jamieson. "We’ll continue to provide our customers and agents with the leadership, knowledge, skills, strategic planning and enhanced on-line marketing services necessary in today’s market."
