High tech firm Cavium Inc. has leased 103,100 square feet of office and lab space in Marlborough, expanding its footprint by 42,163 square feet.

The long-term lease executed at 600 Nickerson Road in the seven-building Marlborough Technology Park makes the property fully leased by Cavium, a provider of semiconductor products. The master planned park comprises 573,576 square feet of office and lab space on 85 acres.

"This is Cavium’s second expansion within Marlborough Technology Park," Matthew Lavell, vice president for New Jersey-based landlord Normandy Real Estate Partners, said in a statement.

John Lashar, Paul Leone and Danielle DeMarco of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners represented Normandy in the leases. The firm is the exclusive leasing agent for Marlborough Technology Park. Cavium was represented by Kevin Malloy of Avison Young and Tim Latham of Lincoln Property Co.
