The Boston-based Commercial Brokers Association (CBA) is accepting nominations for its annual achievement awards, which recognize the most significant real estate deals during 2015 in Greater Boston.

The group has added a new community impact award that recognizes a transaction that had a significant positive effect on the community. In addition, special recognition awards will be presented for broker and landlord of the year, rising star and collaborating professional of the year.

In another change, nominations for collaborating professional and landlord of the year may be submitted by non-CBA members, who also are eligible to be nominated for those categories.

Nominations are due Friday at 5 p.m. and can be submitted by visiting its website.

The awards gala will be held March 3 at the InterContinental Boston.
