Six investment sales brokers from Colliers Boston have joined CBRE/New England’s capital markets team.
The group is led by Scott Dragos and Doug Jacoby, whose team has completed more than $2.3 billion in transactions since 2014. Anthony Hayes, Timothy Mulhull, Daniel Hines and Lyndsey Hmura round out the new arrivals.
The arrival of the Colliers team comes eight months after CBRE absorbed 48 brokers and staff from the former Transwestern office in Boston.
“The new additions will immediately strengthen existing client relationships and investment opportunities throughout the New England region and solidify a collaborative culture to our CBRE consulting practice in Boston,” Steve Purpura, vice chairman of CBRE/NE, said in a statement.
The former Colliers team’s recent transactions include the $279.6-million sale of 100 Cambridge St. in Boston, the $81-million acquisition of 135 Morrissey Boulevard by Nordblom Co. and the $60-million sale of the Belvoir medical portfolio in Providence.
