| The Banking Choice Awards celebrate the financial institutions that regularly go above and beyond to serve their customers. There are countless ways to gauge outstanding performance, but who better to ask than the customers themselves?
The Banking Choice Awards recognize credit unions that receive high marks from their customers and members in four categories: Customer Service, Technology, Contribution to the Community, and Overall Quality. More than 30,000 individuals were surveyed, yielding more than 2.5 million data points.
The Massachusetts Banking Choice Awards on May 7 at the AC Hotel in Worcester honored the top three institutions in each category from multiple regions throughout the state. Here are customers’ top choices for banking institutions in Greater Boston, Western Massachusetts, Central Massachusetts, the North Shore and the South Shore and the Cape and Islands.
