Rising Tide Charter Public School has leased 30,000 square feet at 57 Armstrong Road in Plymouth.
Ben Stout, of Plymouth-based Atlantic Properties, represented the landlord, JLM Realty Assoc., and the tenant in the lease transaction, according to a statement.
The 109,000-square-foot professional office building is also occupied by CDF Corp.
