Chase Corp., a protective tapes and coatings manufacturer, has leased 20,200 square feet at 295 University Ave. in Westwood.

The company will occupy the entire single-story building. The new facility will house R&D, selling and administrative resources from the company’s former Albany, N.Y. and Taunton locations, and personnel from its Randolph facility.

"Our new Westwood operations center has allowed us to consolidate three locations into one, which will provide both significant cost savings and increased operational efficiency," said Adam P. Chase, president and chief operating officer of Chase Corp. "The new facility is an exceptional fit for our needs and we appreciate the efforts from Richards Barry Joyce & Partners in helping to secure this location."

Richards Barry Joyce & Partners’ John Lashar, partner, Paul Leone, senior vice president, and Jay Nugent, senior vice president, represented Chase Corp. The building’s landlord, BEC 1999 Development Trust, was represented by Colliers Meredith & Grew.
