Citizens Wins Two Greenwich Awards

Citizens Commercial Banking was recently recognized by Connecticut-based Greenwich Assoc. with two of its Excellence Awards.

Greenwich Assoc. recognized the commercial arm of Providence, R.I.-based Citizens Financial Group with awards for overall customer satisfaction and another recognizing overall satisfaction specifically with customers who use cash management services.

“The treasury solutions team is honored to be recognized by our customers for our work,” Michael Cummins, head of treasury solutions for Citizens Commercial Banking, said in a statement. “Citizens offers a wide range of innovative products to help our customers meet their cash management, commercial card, trade finance and other treasury needs. We focus every day on providing service that is second to none.”

Research and consulting firm Greenwich Assoc. evaluated 750 banks of all asset sizes last year and chose to recognize 25 in middle market banking and 34 in small business banking.
