Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England has hired Kathleen Medeiros and Kevin Dumont as field trainers.
Medeiros will be responsible for conducting educational and training courses for more than 4,000 sales associates in Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. She previously was assistant vice president and business banking officer at Citizens Bank, supporting its Southern Rhode Island offices. She was also a part-time sales associate affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in East Greenwich, R.I.
Dumont will instruct affiliated sales associates in Southern Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She was a team manager and trainer for Dumont Realty Group, a division of Keller Williams Realty, Leading Edge and was education director of the Rhode Island Real Estate Academy, before joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
