Colliers International has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for Marlborough’s Solomon Pond Park by Great Point Investors.
The 163-acre, seven-building office park, located at 400 Donald Lynch Blvd., is managed by Nordblom and consists of over 500,000 square feet of office and flex/R&D space.
Solomon Pond Park availabilities range from 2,500 to 70,000 square feet. The office park’s amenities include a cafeteria currently undergoing renovations, fitness center, outdoor meeting spaces and a two-mile walking trail.

Along with Carroll, the Colliers leasing effort will be led by Kevin Brawley, Bill Lynch and Timothy O’Brien.
