Four Maynard office spaces have been leased to a sporting goods retailer, a medical data firm, a cable television provider and a robotics design firm.

The three new tenants at the Lexvest-owned 141 Parker St. are: the corporate headquarters of Brine Sporting Goods, the oldest sporting goods store in the U.S., represented in the transaction by Jennifer Beckett at Benoit Mizner Simon & Co.; Comcast division MyTV Choice; and MYnd Analytics, a firm that consolidates data from patients and outcomes to change the way health care providers treat mental health conditions. The three leases total 5,250 square feet.

Lexvest stated the new tenants were attracted to 141 Parker by “priced-to-lease” all-inclusive rents and its proximity to the under-construction 300,000 square-foot Maynard Crossing mixed-use development, anchored by Market Basket.

Robotics design firm Dephy Inc. signed a lease at Lexvest’s second Maynard property, Mill Pond Square / 63 Great Road, bringing its total to 7,256 square feet.

“We pride ourselves on delivering great value for tenants and partners and work closely with vendors and municipalities to deliver unparalleled results,” Lexvest Principal Eric Shapiro said in a statement.
