BayCoast Bank

Fall River-based BayCoast Bank donated $10,000 to the Coastline Elderly Services Inc. Money Management Program, which assists low-income elders who have difficulty writing checks, balancing their checkbooks and managing their money.

Cape Cod 5

Cape Cod 5 presented a $25,000 grant to the Martha’s Vineyard Museum. The grant, which will be distributed over the next three years, will contribute to the Museum’s Capital Campaign and supports the establishment of its new campus on 151 Lagoon Pond Road in Vineyard Haven. The bank also recently granted $25,000 to Martha’s Vineyard Community Services. The funds will be distributed over the next two years and will contribute to the organization’s capital campaign goals, which include the construction of a new early childhood center and main building as well as an increase in its endowment.

The Provident Bank

Amesbury-based The Provident Bank gave $30,000 to The Pettengill House Inc. to assist with the expansion of its Amesbury facility. The Pettengill House is a nonprofit social service agency that supports at-risk individuals, children and families through education and therapeutic interventions.

Webster Five Cents Savings Bank

Webster-based Webster Five Cents Savings Bank donated $4,735 to the Massachusetts Audubon Society. The donation will help support a family day in 2019 at the Pierpont Meadow Wildlife Sanctuary in Dudley. The bank also donated $1,000 to VNA Care Network and Hospice to support health education and screening work.
