The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod 

The Hyannis-based Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod gave $25,000 to seven local nonprofits as part of its $100K in 100 Days initiative, celebrating the bank’s 100th anniversary on July 19. Recipient organizations were:

  • B Free Coaching & Wellness
  • Independence House
  • Barnstable No Place for Hate
  • Homeless Prevention Council
  • Outer Cape Health Services Inc.
  • Community Development Partnership

Lee Bank

Lee Bank has awarded $64,500 to eight Berkshire area organizations in its second-round of 2021 community grant awards. Recipients were awarded grants ranging from $2,000 to $12,500 to support their local programming:

  • Berkshire Bounty
  • Berkshire County Historical Society
  • Berkshire South Regional Community Center
  • Elizabeth Freeman Center Inc.
  • Flying Cloud Institute
  • Music in Common
  • New Stage Performing Arts Center Inc.
  • Volunteers in Medicine Berkshires

MutualOne Bank

Framingham-based MutualOne Bank has given $10,000 to the Framingham History Center. The funds will help it develop in-person and virtual learning opportunities for Framingham Public School students.

The bank also gave $5,000 to Read to a Child to support its Read Aloud Mentoring Program at the Woodrow Wilson and Brophy elementary schools in Framingham.

North Easton Savings Bank

North Easton Savings Bank gave $10,000 to Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth to sponsor its upcoming “Sunset at Moonrise” fundraiser.
