Swansea-based BayCoast Bank’s Bristol branch donated 15 lockboxes to the Bristol Police Department. The department installs the boxes on homes of elderly and disabled residents who may have trouble opening their doors if they are in need of emergency assistance, to prevent the need for first responders to break down a door or break open a window.
Coldwell Banker
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital named Waltham real estate agent David DiGregorio, who is affiliated with Coldwell Banker, as its top fundraiser out of all Coldwell Banker agents nation-wide. The company’s agents raised a total of $523,526 for St. Jude’s between September 2020 and September 2021.
Dedham Savings Bank
Dedham Savings Bank has given $7,500 to Peer Health Exchange. The money will be used to help PHE launch a new app that will support young people across Greater Boston. The goal of the app is to increase access to personalized health content, provide tangible action steps for managing mental health, and build communities of young people with moderated discussions.
Lee Bank
Lee Bank has given $40,500 to nine Berkshires organizations, with individual grants ranging from $1,000 to $13,500, including ones that support arts and culture programming for underserved audiences.
MutualOne Bank
Framingham-based MutualOne Bank had donated $10,000 to the Salvation Army to support its Framingham food pantry, operations to help new mothers and offer transportation assistance to veterans, seniors, and low-income individuals.
