Fitchburg’s IC Credit Union said it gave $12,380 to Spanish American Center, a nonprofit that supports Hispanic and immigrant communities in Central Massachusetts. The donation will support the group’s food pantry, educational programs and housing assistance program.

Monson Savings Bank

Monson Savings Bank announced a $1,000 donation to the Monson Free Library, which was chosen by community members during voting as part of its annual community giving initiative.

Webster Bank

Connecticut-based Webster Bank gave $100,000 to the Taunton Area School to Career program to fund financial literacy programming for 200 Taunton-area students as part of the bank’s “Finance Lab” initiative.
