Bridgewater Savings Bank

Bridgewater Savings Bank announced that its charitable foundation has made a donation of $1,000 to the West Bridgewater Public Library.

 

Bristol County Savings Bank

Bristol County Savings Bank, through its Bristol County Savings Charitable Foundation, presented grants totaling $80,000 to 11 nonprofit organizations in the South Coast community.

 

Charles River Bank

Charles River Bank recently donated $500 to the Mendon Police K-9 program.

 

East Cambridge Savings Bank

East Cambridge Savings Bank employees donated dozens of backpacks to the East End House.

 

Fidelity Bank

Fidelity Bank recently announced that it has raised more than $3,000 for local charities through its Jeans Day program since it began in mid-June.

 

Florence Bank

Florence Bank contributed $10,000 to support the Friends of Hampshire County Homeless Individuals, a volunteer organization dedicated to helping Northampton’s homeless population.

 

Northern Bank & Trust

The Northern Bank & Trust Charitable Foundation has awarded $13,000 to Medford Community Housing to support the renovation of a two-family house on Fellsway West into two affordable rental units for low- to moderate-income families. The families will be chosen by lottery once renovations are complete.

 

North Shore Bank

North Shore Bank recently presented the Northeast Animal Shelter of Salem with check for $1,500.

 

Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors

The Plymouth and South Shore Association of Realtors recently held its Summer Bash for RPAC event at the University Sports Complex in Hanover, raising $17,000 to protect and promote homeownership and private property rights.

 

RTN Federal Credit Union

RTN Federal Credit Union recently hosted a Class Act Social for young people 24 and under at its Waltham branch on Saturday, August 27. The event featured pizza from the Sweet Tomatoes Food Truck, a drawing for Red Sox vs. Yankees tickets, giveaways and games, and highlighted RTN’s Class Act Checking Account for ages 24 and under.
